    Study on applied effects of 4 warm-season turfgrasses in metope greening

    • In order to understand the applied effects of 4 warm-season turfgrasses including Eremochloa ophiuroides, Zoysia japonicacv.Lanyin NO.3, Zoysia matrella, Stenotaphrum secundatum, changes of cover rate and growth traits of turfgrasses were tested. The result showed that applied effects of S. secundatum was the worst, while E. ophiuroides was better than others. The appearance quality of E. ophiuroides was the best, at the same time, the growth speed of E. ophiuroides was appropriate and its height was low.
