Abstract
In order to find out the influence of different explants on callus induced and redifferentiation in tissue culture of Corydalis saxicola Bunting , then to screen suitable explants for tissue culture and provide reference for establishing asexual reproduction system of C. saxicola Bunting, this experiment used different disinfection treatments and explants culturing on different medium, stem-tip,internodes (with lateral buds), petioles and leaves of C.saxicola Bunting were used as materials. The results showed that there was significant differences in callus induced and plant regeneration by different explants of C.saxicola Bunting. The callus induced rate of petioles and leaves were higher than that of stem node and stem-tip. The callus induced rate of leaves was the highest with 46.67%, while redifferentiation rate of stem-tip callus was the highest with 66.7%. The leaf was favorable explants for callus induction while stem-tip was favorable explants for plant regeneration of C. saxicola Bunting in tissue culture.
