Screening experiment of different substrate formula of Pleurotus eryngii

This experiment with corn cobs, corn flour, wheat bran, wheat chaff and sorghum vulgare pers as raw material, exploring the influences of different substrate formula proportion to production of Pleurotus sryngii and conversion rate of biology. Through the benefit analysis, screen out the best substrate formula of production of Pleurotus sryngii in TongLiao region. The experiment result indicate that formula o 6 is the most suitable promotion of Pleurotus sryngii cultivation in TongLiao region of Inner Mongolia with production of different substrate formula proportion of corn cobs, corn flour, wheat bran, wheat chaff and sorghum vulgare pers and overall considering of efficiency of biology and proportion of input and output.
