Evolution game analysis on non-agricultural rural employment：perspective of village

With the development of industrialization and urbanization process in depth，the process of China's non-agricultural rural employment also had made a big advance, but there were few researches of non-agricultural rural employment based on the view of village. Focusing on the factor of village resources endowment, this paper based on the view of village to study the evolution process and the equilibrium state of Chinese non-agricultural rural employment. The results showed that the proportion of the village non-agricultural rural employment was proportional to non-agricultural income level, while had an inverse relationship with the level of per capita agricultural income.
