Existing problems analysis of Zhuhai Agricultural Technology Garden

Agricultural technology garden is the concentration camp of agricultural high-tech, and it play an important role in the development of modern agriculture. In order to provide theoretical basis for sustainable development of Zhuhai agricultural technology garden, existing problems were studied by the way of visits and discussion in this paper. The investigation result showed that, due to short development history and lack of construction experience, the development of Zhuhai agricultural technology garden lacked development stamina, and the problems that restricted its development were prominent day by day. The results showed that the problems of Zhuhai agricultural technology garden were as follow: lack of agricultural talent and the low technical level of agriculture labors, weak innovation and extension ability of agricultural technology, low management level and lack of modernization management system.
