Abstract
Endophytic fungi were isolated from the stem, leaf and fruit of Decaisnea fargesii Franch., and then morphologically identified; the antimicrobial activities were screened by paper sheet method. 91 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Decaisnea fargesii Franch., they were identified as 6 orders, 7 families, 15 genus. Aspergillus was the dominant species, accounting for 32 % of the total. Almost 91 strains presented antimicrobial activities, DS37, DS58, DL06 and DL14 has a strong antimicrobial activity. Endophytic fungi exist in Decaisnea fargesii Franch. have a variety of species, their secondary metabolites with a wide range of antimicrobial activity.
