Abstract
Tobacco black shank, a ruinous disease of tobacco, has influenced the tobacco production seriously. An experiment of different culture conditions influenced on the growth and producing spores of Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae was conducted to find the most appropriate growth environment of tobacco black shank. The results showed that the temperature was 25~30℃and total dark were optimum for mycelium growth, and they were dense; After changed water three times for eugenic mycelia masses, at 28~30℃, during continuous illumination and soaking in water, sporulation quantity reached the highest value.
