Studies on occurrence regularity of diseases and pests of Camellia oleifera in Guangdong

The diseases and pests of Camellia gauchowensis, C. semiserrata, C. oleifera were investigated in Guangdong province, the main kinds of diseases and pests which heavy damaged the plants were limited, and the occurrence regularity of diseases and pests of C.oleifera in Guangdong were studied. The results are as following: dominant species of all area contain: Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz, Agaricodechium camellia Liu, Wei et Fan, Basilepta fulvipes （Motschulsky）, Lepidoptera leaf pests, Empoasca vitis Gothe and Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood; dominant species of local area contain: Exobasidium gracile (Shirai) Syd, Korthalsella japonica（Thunberg）Engl., Curculio chinensis Chevrolat, Casmara patrona Meyrick and Parametriotes theae Kuz.
