Study on metabolites with antifungal activity against plant pathogens of an endophytic fungus Trichoderma sp.09from Myoporum bontioides A. Gray

    • Six compounds were isolated from the fermention liquid of an endophytic fungus Trichoderma sp. 09 from Myoporum bontioides A. Gray by silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were determined to be N-2爷-hydroxy-3'E-octadecenoyl-1-O-茁-D-glucopyranosyl-9-methyl-4E,8E-sphingadiene(1),(4E,8E)-1-O-( 茁-D-glucopyranosyl)-2-( 2爷-hydroxyl-(E)-3爷-heptadecenoylamideo)-3-hydroxyl-9-methyl-4,8-nonadecadiene (2), Ergosta-7, 24 (28)-diene-3茁-ol (3), Cholest-4-ene-3-ol (4), Methyl decanoate (5), Methyl hexadecanoate (6) on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 and 2 were isolated fromTrichoderma sp. for the firsttime. Primary bioassay showed compound 1 exhibit moderate inhibtory activity to Fusarium graminearum, Calletotrichum musae and Penicillium italicum袁and compound 2 exhibit moderate inhibtory activity to Fusarium graminearum and Calletotrichum musae, and low inhibtory activity to Penicillium italicum at the concentration of 0.5 μmol/mL.
