Study on bioflocculant produced by composite bacteria using cassava alcohol wastewater

    • The conditions of cultivating composite flocculation bacteria in cheap cassava alcohol wastewater have been studied.Taking the wastewater as the main medium ingredient, then add carbon source, nitrogen source and phosphorus source to optimize the flocculation activity and fermentation conditions. The optimization conditions: 10% alcohol wastewater, add 2 g/L KH2PO4 ,does not add any carbon and nitrogen sources, 4% of inoculation quantity, cultivate at 30益, 160 r/min for 2 days, the flocculation activity can reach up to 96% and can abstract 18.6 kg compound bioflocculant from 1 m3 of wastewater. Then use the compound flocculation to deal with real wastewater,it can removal 73%~83.7% turbidity of printing and dyeing wastewater and 79.51%COD of canteen wastewater。
