    Primary research on the biochemical characteristics and tea quality of newly green-tea varieties Chuanmu28 and Mabianlv1

    • The characteristics of new buds, fresh leaves, main biochemical components and productive character of "Chuanmu28"and"Mabianlv1"which approved by Sichuan Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2010 were studied. The results showed that "Chuanmu28"budded4~5days earlier than "Fudingdabaicha"(CK), and "Mabianlv1"budded 2~4 days earlier than"Fudingdabaicha".They were early varieties and had fat bud and easy to adopt alone bud. The biochemical quality components of the two new varieties were similar with control group, and their contents ratios were suitable, they had excellent quality material foundation and the tea had high quality which was made by fresh leaves. Therefore, from the biochemical properties and tea quality, these two new varieties has good promotional value in Sichuan province
