Diversity and phylogenetic analysis of bacterial communities on flue-cured tobacco leaves at different aged phases

    • In order to fully discover the diversity and application value of bacterial communities on flue-cured tobacco leaves in ageing period, 3 tobacco samples which had been aged for 24, 36, 48 months were analyzed by 16S rRNA clone library sequencing. 55, 60, 23 operational taxonomic units were found from 24, 36, 48 months samples, respectively, including Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonadaceae, Xanthomonadaceae as domain strains. The results showed that the diversity of bacterial community was decreasing during the aged process. This study found some harmful substance degrading bacterium on the aged tobacco leaves and it was significant for the valuable bacterial screening.
