Study on the culture of soil nematode

    • Soil nematode, as a kind of model organism, has been widely used in the deictic research on biological communities in soil and soil pollution, but there are few reports on the cultivation of soil nematodes. This paper studied the cultures of soil nemafode based on the cultivation of the soil nematodes in the laboratory conditions, with three kinds of medium, lettuce eggs (LE) culture medium, glucose yeast culture medium and soil extract, and at five temperature gradient (15, 20, 25, 30 and 35℃). The result showed that lettuce egg culture medium (lettuce eggs, LE) was more suitable than the other two media for the incubation of the soil nematode; and in the 15~35℃ temperature range, the best incubation temperature was 25℃.
