Evaluation on development of the agriculture circular economy in counties of Shijiazhuang city

Based on the economics of recycling economy theory, through the establishment of the representative of the level of economic development of the agricultural cycle index system, the degree of economic development of the county agricultural cycle in Shijiazhuang city was evaluated, and ultimately gaps and problems were identified in the development process of the city and county by the main component analysis. The research results showed that the agriculture circular economic competiveness in counties of Shijiazhuang city, which showed the regional unbalance characteristics. In order to accelerate the circular economy development, it was necessary to strengthen government guidance, increase the investment in science and technology to improve resoure utilization, establish some economic incentives and so on.
