Isolation, identification and characteristics of Penicillium and Trichoderna from polluted oyster mushroom

    • Forty-seven strains of Penicillium and Trichoderma were isolated from materials, substrate bags, spawn and fruiting body of oyster mushroom Pleurotus sp. from Nanning mushroom farms. They were identified to 6 species of Trichoderma pleuroticola, Hypocrea virens, Hypocrea lixii, Penicillium citrnum Thom,Penicillium thomii and Penicillium brecicompactum according morphological characteristics and rDNA ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 sequences. In order to control these strains rightly, the text was also focused on the clarificatiom of their corresponding biological characteristics.Their growth optimum temperatur and pH was 25℃ and 6~7,resperctively.They could produce conidia easily at high temperatures and urder dry conditions.
