Karyotype study of chromosome based on MATLAB processing method

A method that of analyzing chromosome image’s karyotype by the MATLAB image processing toolbox was introduced. The chromosome image was very clear and the precision of karyotype physics parameter was high after the image was processed by MATLAB.We processed the different chromosome image if we replaced and import parameter to the completed compiler. The method was simple and credible, and the application ran rapidly. So MATLAB could supply the karyotype investigator need of software processing way.
