Comparative study of flue-cured tobacco and handed tobacco purchasing quality during the Industry Commerce Handover

Based on the farmers’profit, business acquisition, and industrial use the paper analyzed the conparative advantage of loose-leaf purchasing and handed tobacco purchasing. The results showed that loose-leaf purchasing and Industry Commerce Handover could improve the management level of leaf tobacco purchasing, and also could improve the efficiency, control the mixture of non-tobacco substance, improve the tobacco grade purity. The paper also analyzed the problem in loose-leaf purchasing and Industry Commerce Handover, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestion.
