Empirical research on problems of land expropriation in China--Taking Chongqing city as an example

The city development in China has entered a rapid development stage, which means to commandeer a large amount of rural collective land to realize city spatial expansion. This article take our country land compensation standard of outstanding issues research and analysis, combined with the current Chongqing city land in the actual situation, With the central government and the new requirements of the new law that tear open change idea as the guidance, put forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal from the perfection of land expropriation legal system, standardizing land expropriation compensation program; adjusting the compensation standard of land expropriation, the introduction of market valuation method; setting up the sun acquisition mechanism of land expropriation, ensuring the operation of the sun.
