The paper put forward present state and existing problem of the new rural financial institutions in Hebei province, and taked new rural financial institutions as the core, to construct the new rural residential investment and financing system. Through new residential investment and financing system, we could improve the role of new rural financial institutions in agriculture, give full financial support, further resolve funding bottlenecks in the construction of new residential, promote new residence construction to develop steadily.
