Research on operation performance and support policies of four village banks in Shaanxi province

As a new type of rural financial institutions, the village bank is developing rapidly in our country. In order to further understand the development of village banks in Shaanxi province, the paper used the DEA model to analyze the operation performance of four village banks in Shaanxi province，and put forward the problems and challenges, proposed support policies.
