Effects of short-term starvation on the expression of HSP90αin different mice tissues

Western blot method was employed to determine the distribution of HSP90αin mice brain, liver, heart and muscle, as well as the effects of short-term starvation on the expression of HSP90α. The results showed that HSP90αwas very rich in mice brain,slight rich in liver, but little in heart and muscle. In response to short-term starvation, HSP90αwas up-regulated expression in mice brain, liver and muscle.
