Research on the Operation Mechanism of Agricultural Technology Business Incubator From the Perspective of Triple Helix Theory—Based on an Empirical Research of Jinying Agricultural Science Incubator

Starting with the triple helix theory, and taking Jinying Agricultural Science Incubator as an empirical research case, the article uses case studies to analyze the operation mechanism of the agricultural technology business incubator under the interaction of three main bodies of scientific research institution, enterprise, and the government, and explores the interaction mechanism of Jinying Agricultural Science Incubator among agricultural scientific research institutions, agricultural technology companies and government departments with Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the core. Studies have shown that the incubation of agricultural technology business incubators is the result of mutations under the interactions of the three spiral bodies spirochetes of scientific research institution, enterprise, and government. In the process of mutation, it is emphasized that the three parties cooperate and expand on their respective open boundaries. Only when the three parties form a virtuous circle and achieve good interaction can they play their best roles. Therefore, in the future, the development direction of agricultural technology business incubators will realize the mutual penetration, mutual support and mutual promotion of the three spiral bodies of scientific research institution, enterprise, and government by coordinating the forces of all parties, thereby establishing an efficient, high-quality, high-level operation mechanism of agricultural technology business incubator.
