Research on the factors affecting the development of agricultural modernization by financial service capability—Taking Xinjiang as an example

Based on the panel data of 14 prefectures in Xinjiang from 2006 to 2016,this paper calculates and analyzes the development level of agricultural modernization,and starts with the three dimensions of financial service capabilities’s coverage,availability and use to build an orderly logit.The model analyzes the factors that financial service capacity influence on the Xinjiang's agricultural modernization.The results show that the financial service capacity has significantly promoted the development level of Xinjiang's agricultural modernization.The number of service personnel in financial institutions and financial support for agriculture have a positive effect.The amount of deposits and investment in fixed assets have a restraining effect,and there are regional differences at financial service capabilities in the impact of Xinjiang's agricultural modernization development, and finally draw conclusions and counter measures based on the measurement results.
