    Study on biomass effects of alone or mixed culture fordeodorant microorganism

    • To provide a low-cost, efficient and safe microbiological deodoran, as well as a scientific basis for the mixed cultivation of strains, we studied the viable cell count of the deodorant microbial by solitude culture and mixed culture. And the rat acute toxicity test of microbiological deodorant was carried out. The results showed that: The living number of yeast was increased 0.39×108 CFU/mL compared to solitude culture and the lactobacillus biomass was increased 2.53×108 CFU/mL. The total number of mixed culture cells improved 8.90% compared to cultured alone. Acute toxicity tests showed that the rat maximum tolerable dose(MTD)was greater than 19.64 g/kg. The microbiological deodorant was actually non-toxic and safe.
