Abstract
The Fagopyrum esculentum‘ cv. Fengtian 1’ was used as the experimental material to investigate the changes in the rhizosphere soil root morphology, agronomic traits and yield of common buckwheat with different chemical fertilizer. The effects of single application of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer and compound fertilizer on the resistance of common buckwheat to continuous cropping obstacle were also relieved. The results showed that applying compound fertilizer could significantly increase the number of soil microorganisms in common buckwheat root, the activity of sucrose and catalase, and the morphological indexes such as agronomic characters and root length in the treatment of different fertilizers reached a significant level. The performance is NPK>N>P>K>CK, and the yield is also expressed NPK>N>P>K>CK,which in turn increased by 5.3,2.7,2.4 and 1.1 times more than the control. Correlation studies showed that the yield of common buckwheat had a significant positive correlation with agronomic traits and root morphology( except average diameter) with the compound fertilizer and single nitrogen fertilizer. Treated with the phosphate fertilizer, yield was extremely significant positive correlation with hundred kernel weight and leaf area. Treated with the potash fertilizer, yield was significantly positive correlation with hundred grain weight. Single application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer and compound fertilizer could relieve the continuous cropping obstacle of common buckwheat in varying degrees, and the effect is expressed as NPK> N> P>K.
