Progress and prospect of implementation performance of the reform of collective forest right system

The article mainly uses the literature research method and theoretical analysis method to sort out the domestic research status and dynamic about the performance of collective forest right system reform. After reviewing the literature with strong correlation to performance of collective forest right system reform，it is found that the domestic study on the performance of collective right system reform mainly focuses on the establishment of evaluation index system. However，the ownership disputes of forest reform process，non-standardization of forest land transfer，lagging development of circulation market，difficulties of getting forest right mortgage loan and imperfect compensation policies of ecological public welfare forests all affect the performance improvement. The article summarizes the aspects of settling forest rights disputes，standardizing the circulation of forest land，resolving the problems of forest right mortgage loan and improving the compensation policies of ecological public welfare forests， and finally puts forward some ideas of the next research.
