RAPD analysis on mutagenic materials of industrial hemp（Cannabis sativa L.）

Mutation breeding means people can choose and cultivate the good materials which are met the needs of people in the mutant individuals and obtain new varieties. RAPD molecular marker is a new molecular genetic marker，which is simple and low-cost. In this study，RAPD is used to study the mutagenic materials of industrial hemp，construct the tree diagram and analyze the mutation of mutagenic materials. The result showed that the mutagenic concentration or dose of the mutagenic materials that were significant difference with the control was similar to the appropriate mutagenic concentration or dose. The concentration of chemical mutagenesis was 2.0%，6 h. And the dose of Co60-γ mutagenesis was about 150 Gy. Therefore，RAPD molecules Markers can also be used as a standard for screening mutagenic concentration or dose.
