Analysis on technical efficiency of different organizational forms of litchi production

According to the data from the main areas of litchi in Guangdong，Guangxi and Hainan Province in 2016, this paper analyzed the technical efficiency of different organizational forms of litchi production using the data envelopment analysis（DEA） method. The results show: the average technical efficiency values of farmers from different production organizational forms are below 0.5 and the level of efficiency is relatively low overall；pure technical efficiency is lower than scale efficiency, low comprehensive technical efficiency is mainly due to the low pure technical efficiency，which shows that the allocation of litchi production factors is irrational and needs to promote innovation；at a definite level of output, different production organizations have different levels of redundancy and irrational allocation of resources in each factor input, so there are differences in the direction of factor adjustment； litchi production is basically in the stage of increasing returns to scale.
