Study on financing guarantee mode innovation and policy support for agricultural leading enterprise

The credit assurance of agricultural leading enterprises is an important approach to solve the farmers’ loans difficulty. However，many problems and challenges exist in the process of credit assurance of leading enterprises. The main problems include weak financing consciousness，single capital raising way and unreasonable financing preference. The problems and challenges has become the new barriers of farmers’ loans. Thus leading enterprises must innovate guarantee mode. This paper analysed the leading enterprises’ guarantee mode innovation and policy support. The paper proposed that clear property rights，perfect rural property rights trading market， and forming a community mutual guarantee company under the organization of leading enterprises are important guarantee for innovating guarantee way. Finally，according to the problems and challenges of leading enterprises， countermeasures and suggestions to get innovation mode of leading enterprises’ financing guarantee were put forward.
