Practical research on ecological and circular agriculture—Illustrated by the case of agriculture in Niutuo town of Gu’an county

This paper analyzed the agricultural management mode and the concrete measures and policies of local government to support the development of ecological agriculture in Niutuo Town，Gu’an County，Langfang City，Hebei Province，a demonstration area of agricultural development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Provinces. The results show that，Niutuo agricultural demonstration zone draws the agricultural production experience at home and abroad，takes the agricultural production mode with ecology and profitability as the goal of modern agriculture development，uses the means of modern agricultural development with agricultural system engineering to construct modern agricultural industry system，takes the main form of modern agricultural industry development with circular economy combined agriculture with animal husbandry，realizes the agricultural modernization through ecological utilization of agricultural resources，high quality agricultural production，scale of agricultural production. Then，by evaluating the production and demonstration of Niutuo farm，this paper explored the agricultural system engineering combining agriculture and animal husbandry under circular economy，and put forward countermeasures and main method for circular agriculture development.
