    Agronomic traits and bioactive compounds of different strains of Ganoderma lucidum

    • In order to meet the requirements of main varieties of Ganoderma lucidum in Sichuan area,through studing the cultivation characteristics,characteristics of fruiting bodies,polysaccharide and content of three terpene of Ganoderma lucidum strains,the best strains were screened out in the paper. The differences of agronomic characters of G. lucidum fruiting body were analyzed by the method of section wood cultivation,and then the contents of polysaccharide and three terpene were analyzed. The results showed that for growth of hyphae, SLZ-32 had the best performance,the average growth rate reached 4.49 mm/d,and the appearance of hyphas was dense,neat and white. The output and agronomic traits of fruiting showed that SLZ-78,pileus diameter was 15.79 cm,the maximum conversion rate reached 1.32%. SLZ-78 had the best performance. The highest polysaccharide content was 2.45% in SLZ-31,the highest three terpene content was up to 1.06% in SLZ-32. Through comparing the fruiting body agronomic characters,output and efficacy components,SLZ-32 was the best strain. Accordingly,G. lucidum farmers can cultivate suitable varieties according to the demands of different market.
