Research on driving factors of agricultural production outsourcing—From the questionnaire of Guangdong province

With the development of urbanization and transfer of rural labor force，the outsourcing of production processes gradually occupies the dominant position in agricultural production，farmers will share economies of scale and division of labor in agricultural activities. This paper analyzed the driving factors of agricultural production outsourcing，through building the mathematical model，on first，demonstrated the relationship between market scale and farmers’ outsourcing production，and the market transaction cost constraints on agricultural production level of outsourcing，then used Ordered Probit econometric model according to the peasant household survey data of Guangdong province. The results showed that improving the degree of farmers to participate in organized trade， expanding the size of the outsourcing service market and reducing market transaction costs，can help to increase the proportion of production outsourcing，and then enhance the degree of agricultural production outsourcing. Agricultural land scale management can be extended for the service of scale operation.
