Resistance determination of different Anthurium andraeanum varieties to Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Dieffenbachiea

The resistant reactions of 22 Anthurium andraeanum varieties to 19 strains of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. dieffenbachiea were identified via artificial injection inoculation. The results showed that，according to the standards of resistance evaluation，the 22 varieties were classified into four grades. 3 varieties had high resistance，12 varieties had middle resistance 6 varieties had middle suscepts， there was only one variety with high susceptity. Among the 19 strains，the pathogenicity of Xad10 was the weakest，and Xad3 was the strongest.
