Isolation and identification of bacteria from the rhizosphere soil of Stellera chamaejasme L. in Zhayeba Valley,Lhasa

    • Study on the microorganisms from rhizosphere soil of Stellera chamaejasme L. can provide reference for the suppression of rampant S. chamaejasme L. Bacteria from the rhizosphere soil of Stellera chamaejasme L. were isolated and purified by dilution plate method, and the purified bacterial strains were identified using classical classification method combined with sequence analysis of the D1/D2 domain of 26S rDNA;data processing and analysis were conducted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS 19.0 software. Results demonstrated that 55 bacterial strains isolated from the soil of S. chamaejasme L. in Lhasa river valley( Zhayeba valley) belonged to Sphingomonas melonis,Pseudomonas sp.,Bacillus cereus,Pseudomonas japonica and Bacillus sp.,among which Sphingomonas melonis was a dominant species. Additionally, there was a certain difference in the population structure of bacteria from the rhizosphere soil of S. chamaejasme L. in Zhayeba valley. In conclusion, the inhibitory effect of S. melonis on S. chamaejasme L. is worthy of further study.
