Abstract
The Balb/c mice allergic model subjected to silkworm( Bombyx mori L.) pupa protein was established,and its mechanism was also investigated. 48 female Balb/c mice were sensitized by intragastric( IG) administration and subcutaneous( SC) injection method,effects of potential allergenicity of silkworm pupa on mice vascular permeability were studied by using tail vein injection of Evans blue dye. The pathological section of mice jejunum tissues were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The contents of IgE, histamine,IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-6 in mice serum were also determined. Immune blotting reaction experiment was used to determine the combination degree of silkworm pupa protein and its specific IgE( sIgE) antibody in mice serum.
