Abstract
Taking trees of 10 years old‘ Tainong ’ mango as the experiment materials, the effects of pre-harvest spraying treatment with gibberellic( GA) at different concentrations of 0.3,0.5,1.0,2.0 and 3.0 g/L on the storage quality and post-harvest physiology of fruits were researched. The results showed that, compared with control fruits,GA treatment could delay the degradation of chlorophyll and the accumulation of carotenoid and anthocyanin with the best concentration of 2.0 g/L ;GA treatment could decrease disease of fruits compared with the control,0.5 g/L treatment could reduce disease index to 19.44% on 30 storage day and there were significant differences among treatments(P<0.05);GA treatment could delay the change of TSS content, reduce the loss of Vc and maintain a high hardness and TA content ;GA treatment also could inhibit the accumulation of malondialdehyde( MDA),2.0 g/L treatment was the best;after storage at 36 day,MDA contents of CK,0.3,0.5,1.0,2.0 and 3.0g/L treatment were 45.454,40.103,37.884,34.462,27.045 and 39.174 nmol/g respectively and there were significant differences treatments(P<0.05).Considering with appearance and internal quality,2.0 g/L GA had the best effect.
