Comparison of yield and quality among deffirent flue-cured tobacco under moderate dense planting

Abstract
To select flue-cured tobacco varieties suitable for dense cultivation,provide technical support for removing tobacco leaves with none application value and optimizing the structure and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves,with KRK26,NC71,Honghua Dajinyuan,NC102,Yunyan 87 as materials,field experiments were conducted in Yanyuan county Prefecture,Sichuan province. The results showed that under moderate dense planting,the number of tobacco leaf roasted per unit area increased,the control space for removing tobacco leaves with none application value to optimize the structure and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves was improved;KRK26 had the highest proportion of middle leaves and output value,the content of main chemical components in its leaves was appropriate,the differences among its different parts were relatively low,the appearance quality of its leaves was better,its leaves were more, andthe optimization of structure of flue-cured tobacco could be best controlled;Yunyan87 had the highest proportion of superior leaves and average price,the content of main chemical components in its leaves was appropriate, the appearance quality of its leaves was better and the optimization of structure of flue-cured tobacco could be better controlled;The smoke panel test of Honghua Dajinyuan and Yunyan87 was the best among the 5 varieties,their Fen-flavor style was relatively highlight,their performances of aroma quality and aroma quantity were outstanding,their industry usability was strong and could be continued to be developed. KRK26 showed good performance in the aspects of aroma quality,aroma quantity and permeability,its overall performance of sensory property was better and could be developed moderately.
