大豆油脂的合成途径及关键酶 GPAT 基因的研究进展

    The synthetic pathway of soybean oil and the research progress of its key enzyme GPAT gene

    • 摘要: 大豆油脂的主要成分为三酰甘油,其合成过程中的关键合成酶基因是甘油三磷酸酰基转移酶(GPAT)基因。如今国内大豆油脂的需求量日渐提高,如何增加大豆油脂的产量将成为油料作物育种的重要目标之一。对大豆油脂、油脂合成途径以及GPAT基因进行了阐述,并介绍了GPAT基因在油脂合成途径中的应用,为进一步筛选可稳定遗传且高效表达的转基因高油脂大豆优良品系奠定基础,对大豆油脂的生产具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Triacylglycerol is the major constituent of soybean oil. The glycerol triphosphate transferase (GPAT) gene is the key synthase gene in the process of triglyceride synthesis. Nowadays, the domestic demand for soybean oil is increasing day by day. How to increase the yield of soybean oil will become one of the important goals of oil crop breeding. In this paper, soybean oil, oil synthesis pathway and GPAT gene were reviewed, and the application of GPAT gene in the oil synthesis pathway was introduced. It lays a foundation for further screening transgenic high fat soybean lines which can be stably inherited and highly expressed. And it is of great significance to the production of soybean oil.
