朱砂叶螨危害对木薯幼苗光合作用及叶绿素荧光参数的影响
Effects of Tetranychus cinnabarinus stress on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence properties of cassava seedling

摘要: 研究了朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)危害对不同木薯品种光合作用及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:与健康植株相比,随着危害时间的延长,4 个木薯品种净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、最大荧光(Fm)和PSII 最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)均降低,其中Pn 降低2.57~7.62 umol/m2·s,Tr 降低0.13~1.28 mmol/m2·s,Gs 降低0.020~0.176 umol/m2·s,Fm 降低0.031~0.241,Fv/Fm 降低0.037~0.11,而胞间CO2 浓度(Ci)和初始荧光(Fo)升高,其中Ci 升高3.51~158.5 μmol/mol,Fo 升高0.023~0.09。4 个木薯品种光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数不存在差异。Abstract: The paper studied the photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of cassava seedling after Tetranychus cinnabarinus harm. The results showed that: compared with control,the Pn,Tr,Gs,Fm, Fv/Fm of cassava declined,Pn decreased to 2.57-7.62 umol/m2·s,Tr decreased to 0.13-1.28 mmol/m2·s ,Gs decreased to 0.020-0.176 umol.m2·s,Fm decreased to 0.031-0.241,Fv/Fm decreased to 0.037-0.11,while Ci and Fo increased,Ci increased to 3.51-158.5 μmol/mol,Fo increased to 0.023-0.09. There was no difference in the photosynthetic traits and parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence of four cassave varieties.
