分子标记在油菜遗传育种中的应用研究进展

    Research progress of molecular markers in rapeseed genetic breeding

    • 摘要: 分子标记技术和传统育种结合可在育种早期对植株进行基因型鉴定,从而快速有效地进行育种选择,具有不受环境影响、不干扰植株正常生长发育的优点,可大大缩短育种进程,提高育种效率。介绍了分子标记的种类和特点,从遗传多样性分析、遗传图谱构建、基因定位及克隆、分子标记辅助育种(MAS)等4 方面综述了常用分子标记的发展及其在油菜遗传育种中的应用及研究进展,对分子标记技术与基因组、比较基因组研究结合在甘蓝型油菜基因图位克隆中的应用进行了探讨。

       

      Abstract: Combination of molecular marker and traditional breeding can identify plant genotype in the early breeding time,it isn’t influenced by environment,also don’t interfered the plant normal growth and development. Molecular marker assisted breeding can greatly shorten the breeding process,improve the efficiency of breeding. This article summaried the research progress of molecular markers and its application in the genetic breeding of rapeseed from four aspects,including genetic map construction,gene location and cloning,molecular marker-assisted selection,and discussed the application of genome,comparative genome research in the map based cloning of Brassica napus,thus to establish the basis for further study.
