杨树转录因子PtoMYB057 的功能分析

    • 摘要: 转录因子在转录水平上调控目的基因的表达是植物对其生长调控的一种重要方式。以杨树为材料,克隆了杨树PtoMYB057 转录因子的全长cDNA。荧光定量PCR 的分析表明,PtoMYB057 在木质部高水平表达。系统进化分析表明,PtoMYB057 与拟南芥MYB006、MYB008、MYB003、MYB007、MYB108 相似性较高。根据亚细胞定位结果,证实了PtoMYB057 定位于细胞核中。在烟草中过量表达PtoMYB057 基因的试验表明,此基因对烟草的生长以及茎发育有影响。

       

      Abstract: It is an important way that transcription factors regulate the expression of target genes at the transcriptional level,to regulate plant growth and development. In this study,we cloned the full-length cDNA of PtoMYB057 transcription factor in poplar. The results of fluorescent quantitative PCR showed that the transcript of PtoMYB057 was the most abounded in xylem. Phylogenetic analysis showed that PtoMYB057 had higher similarity with Arabidopsis MYB006,MYB008,MYB003,MYB007,MYB108. Subcellular localization showed that PtoMYB057 was localized in nucleus. Overexpression of PtoMYB057 in transgenic tobacco indicated that this gene played important roles in plant growth and development.
