基于PLC的工厂化水产养殖轨道式自动投饲系统设计与试验

    Design and experiment for PLC-based rail-type automatic feeding system of factory aquaculture

    • 摘要: 为了减少工厂化水产养殖过程中的人工成本和饲料成本,设计了一种基于西门子S7-200PLC 的轨道式工厂化水产养殖自动投饲系统。该系统自有电源供电,运行在高温、高湿的工厂化水产养殖车间鱼池上方的H 型钢轨上,能够排除车间相关养殖设备对自动投饲系统运行的干扰,实现对工厂化水产养殖车间鱼池的准确定位、精准投饲和投饲数据记录储存。初步试验运行结果表明,工厂化水产养殖轨道式自动投饲系统能够稳定运行,行走速度10~13 m/min,投饲精度95.9%以上,定位精度最大偏差43 mm,满足初始方案设计要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce labor cost and feed cost in factory aquaculture process, this paper designs a kind of Siemens S7-200PLC-based rail-type automatic feeding system of factory aquaculture. This system has its own power source for power supply; while it operates on H-type steel rail above fishponds in high-temperature and high-humidity factory aquaculture workshop, it can suppress the interference which the relevant cultivation equipments in workshop cause on automatic feeding system and realize accurate positioning, precise feeding, and recording and storage of feeding data for fishponds in factory aquaculture workshop. The operation result via preliminary experiment shows that the rail -type automatic feeding system of factory aquaculture can operate stably, with a travelling speed of 10-13 m/min and feeding accuracy above 95.8%, and the maximum deviation of positioning accuracy is 43 mm, thus this system meets the design requirements of initial scheme.
