Abstract: The integrated development of culture and tourism is one of the important ways for China to promote rural revitalization in the new era. Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area uses the unique lychee cultural resources of the Lingnan region for tourism development, and has formed many local experiences and typical models on the road of integrated development of culture and tourism. This paper summarized the development connotation of litchi cultural resources in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Based on the existing studies on the integration of lychee cultural tourism, from the perspective of industrial economy, the experience of the integrated development of lychee cultural tourism in the Greater Bay Area is divided into four typical models: the integrated development mode of popular science research, the integrated development mode of cultural festival, the integrated development mode of picking experience, and the integrated development mode of industry and tourism joint operation. Through in-depth analysis of the main characteristics of different modes and typical case practice, the specific path and industry dynamics of the integrated development of lychee cultural tourism in the Greater Bay Area were clarified. Finally, from the perspective of problems, it is proposed that the Greater Bay Area can carry out mechanism innovation in the following aspects, such as government role, platform construction and public participation, so as to promote the integration of lychee culture and tourism to achieve a unified development direction of social benefits, cultural benefits and economic benefits. For the first time, this paper makes a comprehensive interpretation of lychee cultural tour, which relies on local fruit cultural resources to design rural revitalization road. The research results can provide some enlightenment for other areas to implement rural revitalization integrated development of cultural tourism.
