不同灌水条件对枸杞次生物质影响的研究

    Effects of different irrigation conditions on secondary  substance contents of Lycium barbarum L.

    • 摘要: 在田间条件下研究了不同灌水处理下枸杞次生物质的积累, 结果表明充足的水分供应有利于总糖和 Vc 的积累, 而干旱处理有利于甜菜碱和类胡萝卜素的积累, 但不利于 Vc 和黄酮、 糖类的积累。 相关分析表明, 多糖含量与甜菜碱含量呈正相关, 甜菜碱含量和类胡萝卜素含量呈不显著负相关, 与总糖含量呈显著正相关。 水分含量与多糖 /Vc 呈极显著负相关, 与多糖 / 黄酮呈显著负相关, 与多糖 / 甜菜碱有显著性负相关, 与多糖 / 类胡萝卜素有负相关性。 因此, 适当的灌溉可以保证枸杞的质量优, 使产量降低较少, 在本试验中, 较为合理的灌水为枸杞生长期灌溉 2~3 次, 每次每 667 m 2 灌水 75 m 3 。

       

      Abstract: In the field, under different irrigation conditions, the secondary substances of Lycium barbarum accumulation were studied. The results showed that adequate water supply was conducive to the accumulation of total sugar and Vc, and drought treatment was conducive to the accumulation of betaine and carotenoids, but not conducive to the accumulation of Vc, flavonoids and sugar. Correlation analysis showed that there was positive correlation between polysaccharides content and betaine content, no significant negative correlation between betaine content and carotenoids content, significantly positive correlation between betain contente and total sugar content. There was very significantly negative correlation between moisture content and polysaccharide / Vc content, significantly negative correlation between moisture content and polysaccharide / flavone content, negative correlation between moisture content and polysaccharide/betaine content, negative correlation between moisture content and polysaccharide/carotenoid content. Resurts indicated, proper irrigation could not only guarantee the quality of L. barbarum L., but also decreased the output reduction of L. barbarum L. In this experiment, the reasonable frequency of irrigation for L. barbarum L., growing period was 2-3 times, the amount of water per 667 m 2 was 75m 3 .
