基于耕地质量的基本农田空间连片性评价
Spatial connectivity evaluation of basic farmland based on cultivated land quality

摘要: 我国基本农田保护空间规划存在片面追求优质耕地、忽略“优质集中”耕地保护方针中的“集中”管理方式。为判别前后不同年份基本农田空间连片性程度的变化,应用GIS 相关分析工具,在耕地质量分等定级的基础上,设计了创建近邻表法和最临近分析法两种基本农田空间连片性评价的方法,并以广东省云浮罗定为例,研究了基本农田以及优质基本农田规划调整前后基期2010 年与规划2020 年空间连片性程度的变化。结果表明,两种方法均显示罗定市基本农田调整后空间连片性程度有所提高,优质基本农田连片性程度明显低于整体基本农田的连片性,整体基本农田空间连片性评价忽略了基本农田空间连片性定义中耕地质量的范围,降低了基本农田空间连片性评价的准确度,优质基本农田空间连片性评价更能准确地表达基本农田空间连片性程度。通过分析对比两个时期基本农田以及优质基本农田空间连片性程度的变化,提出了一些提高基本农田空间连片程度的建议。Abstract: In protection plans of basic farmland,high-quality is paid attention while connectivity is ignored. This paper analyzed the change of spatial connectivity of basic farmland in Luoding city,Guangdong province in 2010 and 2020 by using generate near table method and nearest neighbor analysis,respectively. The results showed that by both the two methods,the spatial connectivity of basic farmland of Luoding city improved,and the spatial connectivity of high quality basic farmland was obviously lower than the overall shape of basic farmland. The evaluation of spatial connectivity of overall basic farmland ignored its quality,and affected the accuracy of the evaluation. High quality basic farmland’s spatial connectivity better reflected the overall shape of basic farmland. At last,some suggestions for improving the spatial connectivity level of basic farmland were put forword based on the comparison analysis of the two periods.
