烟草内生细菌多样性研究

    Reasearch on endophytic bacterial diversity in tobacco

    • 摘要: 为了揭示烟草内生细菌多样性,选择K326、云85 和红花大金元3 个烤烟品种进行内生细菌的分离和16S rDNA 序列分析鉴定,获得不同品种烟草内生细菌的多样性特征。结果显示,27 株内生细菌分别属于枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis(33%)、蕈状芽孢杆菌Bacillus mycoides(4%)、芽孢杆菌属Bacillussp.(11%)、肠杆菌属Enterobacter sp.(4%)、寡养单胞菌Stenotrophomonas sp.(4%)、热带根瘤菌Rhizobiumtropici(4%)、假单胞菌属Pseudomonas sp.(4%)、土地芽孢杆菌属Terribacillus sp.(4%),芽孢杆菌属Bacillus sp. 为优势细菌类群。3 个品种的 Shannon index(H′)以K326 最高、为2.02,其次是云85、为1.48,红花大金元最低、为1.3。

       

      Abstract: The diversity of endophytic bacteria in tobacco tissues originating from three flue-cured tobacco varieties(K326,YUN 85 and Honghuadajinyuan)in Guizhou province was surveyed,to describe the distribution of isolated endophyte species in different varieties,and to assess their specificity and abundance. Endophytic bacteria were isolated from surface-sterilized tissues,and the strains were identified based on molecular characteristics of analysis of the 16S rDNA sequence. 27 strains belonged to eight different taxa,they were Bacillus subtilis(33%),Bacillus mycoides(4%),Bacillus sp.(11%),Enterobacter sp.(4%),Stenotrophomonas sp.(4%),Rhizobium tropici(4%),Pseudomonas sp.(4%),Terribacillus sp.(4%),dominated by Bacillus sp. Shannon Wiener diversity index of K326,YUN 85 and Honghuadajinyuan(HD)were 2.02,1.48 and 1.3 respectively.
