CCFL 补光对黄秋葵种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

    Influences of CCFL supplemental lighting on seed germination and seedling growth of okra

    • 摘要: 通过不同波长和强度的CCFL 组合对黄秋葵种子和幼苗进行定时补光,研究不同光质对黄秋葵种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果显示:不同波长和强度的光照对黄秋葵种子的萌发有很大影响,60 W 红光与20 W 紫光组合处理下的种子发芽效果最好。对比试验组和对照组,60 W 红光与20 W 蓝白光组合的补光处理能有效增加黄秋葵幼苗的株高、叶片数量、叶长、叶幅、干重和鲜重。60 W 红光与20 W 紫光组合的补光处理能有效增加幼苗茎粗。用60 W 红光与20 W 蓝白光组合补光处理的叶绿素含量对比其他各组高。综合比较,在夜间用红光与蓝光组合进行补光处理的黄秋葵幼苗的生长效果更好。

       

      Abstract: The infulences of light quality on the seed germination and seedling growth of okra were investigated by applying different treatment combinations of wavelength and strength to the seeds and seedlings of okra. The results showed that,the wavelength and strength of lighting had great impact on the seed germination of okra,the best effect of seed germination was revealed in the combination of 60 W red light and 20 W purple light. Compared with the control group,the treatment combination of 60 W red light and 20 W blue and white light could increase the height,the number of leaves,the leaf size,the dry weight and fresh weight signifcantly. Meanwhile,the combination of 60 W red light and 20 W purple light increased the stem diametre,and the combination of 60 W red light and 20 W blue and white light increased chlorophyll content effectively. For obtaining a better effect of okra seedling growth,the combined treatment of red light and bule light should be undertaken at night.
