低温胁迫下3 种含笑对外源ABA及SA 的生理响应

摘要: 以多脉含笑(Michelia polyneura C. Y. Wu)、黄心夜合(Michelia martinii)、平伐含笑(Micheliacavaleriei)3 年生平茬苗为试材,研究了低温胁迫下外源喷施激素ABA、SA 对3 种含笑的叶绿素(Chl)含量、相对电导率(REC)、可溶性蛋白(SP)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性等抗寒性审理指标的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的ABA 和SA 均不同程度地提高了3 种含笑低温胁迫期叶片SP 含量及SOD 活性,降低了REC 及MDA 含量,减缓了叶绿素降解,从而缓解了低温对3 种含笑幼苗的伤害程度,其中以ABA 25 mg/L 的处理效果最为显著。Abstract: Taking the 3-year-old saplings of Michelia polyneura C. Y. Wu,Michelia martinii and Michelia cavaleriei as material,a study was carried out on the effect of hardiness physiology characteristics such as Chl content, relative electric conductivity( REC),soluble protein( SP) content,MDA content and SOD activity with the spraying of exogenous abscisic acid and salicylic acid under low temperature stress. The results showed that SP content and SOD activity were improved to a certain degree by different concentration of ABA and SA,while the REC and MDA content were reduced. The chlorophyll degradation was reduced,so as to alleviate the damage degree of low temperature on the saplings. The effect with the treatment of 25 mg/L ABA was the most significant
