Abstract: Taking cassava Xinxuan048 as material，with black，white film mulching and no film mulching （CK），the effects of different film mulching on growth and yield traits of cassava were studied. The results showed that film mulching palyed an important role in promoting growth and development，regulating physiological function，improving agronomic traits and increasing yield of root tuber of cassava. And the effects of black film mulching treatment were the best. Compared to CK，the yield of black and white film treatments increased by 42.38% and 29.37%，respectively. Obviously， black film mulching is an effective measure to improve cassava production
