Abstract: Based on the survey panel date of householders in the area of north of Yinchuan in Ningxia，this paper used DID model to analyze the effects of land circulation on rural married women labor transfer from a gender perspective. The results show that，participate in land circulation had significantly positive effects on the possibility of rural married women labor transfer and the duration of rural married women labor working outside. This paper also analyzed the factors affecting rural married women labor transfer. The results found that，the possibility and duration of rural married women labor transfer grew with the increase of education year，reduced with the increase of age；husband migrant workers would make the possibility of rural married women labor transfer increased，but the effect on the duration of rural married women labor working outside was not significant.
